"Refund dragged on way too long"
I requested a refund it took way longer than it should have. I was left waiting without any clear updates, and after a while it started to feel like customer service was just giving me the runaround. I get that refunds can take a few days, but this felt unnecessarily dragged out. Definitely didn’t leave me with much trust in how they handle issues.

"Feels a bit outdated, but not hopeless"
I don’t want to be too harsh because the site might still have useful information, but my first impression wasn’t great. The layout felt kind of messy and dated, and the colors didn’t really seem to go together. Some pages also didn’t line up very cleanly, which made it feel unfinished. I ended up leaving quickly, but I think with a cleaner design and more consistent formatting, it could come across a lot better.

"Not something I’d gift again"
I ordered from cronjager.com hoping it would make a nice gift, but it just didn’t feel very presentable when it arrived. The packaging was super basic and made the whole thing come across kind of cheap. If that’s how their gift orders usually show up, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else next time.

I tried to place an order, but the payment page just didn’t feel right. There wasn’t much clear info about how my card details were being protected, so I ended up backing out before paying. I also tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I was stuck in a support loop with no real answer. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using my card there again.

"Tracking was a joke"
I ordered from Cronjager the tracking was useless. It sat on the same status for days, then randomly changed with barely any actual info. I had no clue where my package was or when it was supposed to show up. When I contacted support, they just sent me some basic reply that didn’t really help. What a joke. Definitely not a great experience.

"Fit felt a little off"
The clothes look fine overall, but the sizing didn’t really work for me. I ordered my usual size, and it felt a bit tight in certain areas. It wasn’t bad enough to be a total dealbreaker, but the fit was kind of disappointing. I just wish the sizing info had been clearer

"Felt Like a Letdown Right Out of the Box"
I really wanted this to be one of those purchases that feels worth it, but the disappointment hit fast. As soon as I picked it up, it felt cheap—the material was thin, and there were little marks in the finish like it had already been through something. I was browsing cronjager.com and had a hard time figuring out what some of the products actually were. A lot of the descriptions felt really generic, almost like the same lines were copied onto multiple items.
The stuff I’d normally look for before buying, like size, material, what comes in the box, and actual specs, either wasn’t there or wasn’t explained clearly. I even checked around for any extra details in the emails or receipt info I might get after ordering, but I wouldn’t want to have to buy first just to find that out.
The products might be totally fine, but based on the descriptions alone, I wouldn’t feel confident placing an order. They really need clearer product information before I’d be comfortable taking the risk.

My order from cronjager.com turned up in a box that looked like it had been through a rough trip. It was thin, crushed on one side, and the tape was already starting to peel off.
When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside, so the item had clearly been sliding around the whole time. It just felt really cheap, like someone packed it in a hurry and sent it out.
Thankfully, the item still worked, so that was a relief. But for what I paid, I expected a lot more care with the packaging. I probably would not order again if that is the standard.

I just checked out cronjager recently, so this is still fresh in my mind, but the pricing was way harder to figure out than it should’ve been. I kept clicking around trying to find a clear breakdown, and even after that I wasn’t totally sure what I’d actually end up paying.
Maybe the product itself is solid, but my latest impression is mostly frustration from the pricing page. I really prefer when tools just show the costs, limits, and plan differences upfront so you don’t have to waste time guessing.
